Kläsis offers a large selection of breads baked from scratch, including gluten-free and hearty varieties. Our "Good-Heart" double loaf has been reasonably renamed by our customers. Originally known as the Good-Hearth, it has become known as the Good-Heart because of its healthy dose of seven specialty grains.

Bread that's made right: from scratch

Our bakers have 66 combined years of experience. That's quite a few pounds of dough. They create bread from scratch Tuesday-Saturday at the bakery. For large orders of bread, please make an order at least a day in advance.

Bread varieties for your pleasure

Kläsis offers German White, Regular White, Italian White, Brown (Whole Wheat), French Loaf, Dark and Light Rye, 3-Grain, 9-Grain, Golden Flax, Raisin Bread, our "Good-Heart", and other specialty breads.
